Mission

JustChoice founders based their organization on the principle that justice is choice. Pregnant people should have access to complete and accurate information. They also need compassionate support to make informed choices about their reproductive options.

JustChoice is an organization that makes choice possible in pregnancy and family building by providing access to healthcare, counseling, financial assistance, and practical support across all options: abortion, adoption, and parenting.

Vision

In ten years, JustChoice will be a statewide organization where every person facing a pregnancy decision or family-building question has real access to care, resources, and support; across abortion, adoption, and parenting, regardless of their income, zip code, or circumstances. We will have replaced the fragmented, crisis-center model with a fully integrated system where all three pathways are equally valid, equally supported, and equally accessible. We will have grown our mutual aid fund to represent 50% of our operating budget, expanded to serve all of Ohio, and become the model that other states replicate.

We uphold open communication and honesty in our services and advocacy, ensuring that decisions in adoption, fostering, or assisted reproduction honor the dignity and rights of all involved.

We believe that family preservation and safe, supported communities are at the heart of reproductive justice. We work to keep families together whenever possible and to expand the options available for children and parents.

What We Do

Our full-spectrum approach to reproductive support ensures people have real choices and real resources. JustChoice is a trusted adoption agency in Ohio offering open adoption, pregnancy support, and adoptive family services in Columbus and Cincinnati and beyond. Aria at JustCenter provides abortion care miscarriage management. JustChoice provides pregnancy options counseling, adoption support, parenting support, as well as family-building guidance and information.

Abortion Support

Abortions including medical abortions on site, surgical abortion referrals and financial assistance where available.

Adoption Services

As an all-options licensed adoption agency, we guide people through transparent, ethical open adoption processes that prioritize dignity, informed choice, and lifelong connection.

Parenting & Family Preservation Support

We offer financial assistance, short-term parenting reprieves (hosting), and community resources to help parents stay with and care for their children.

Restorative Justice & Community Healing

We advocate for restorative justice circles as a compassionate alternative to punitive systems, addressing the root causes of family separation and supporting community-led healing.

Transparency in Family Building

We work to reform adoption, foster care, and ART/IVF systems to protect the rights of all family members and ensure that every child knows their path to parenthood.
